Farningham Village Hall. James Holman is project manager and senior consultant for Canterbury Archaeological Trust. He will discuss the archaeological discoveries made during the excavations in Harrow Meadow, and how they fit in with other local sites. Doors open 7.30pm for talk at 8.00pm. FELHS 40th (1985-2025) ANNIVERSARY EVENINGFriday, 3 October 2025 at 19:30 (7:30pm)
Eynsford Village Hall. An informal evening with cakes and light refreshments. We aim to show case several aspects of the Society's collection - including short films; maps and other images from the oversize boxes; the Society's publications; scrapbooks from 1930s to present; a display of artefacts and documents from the Second World War to look at and handle, most of which have not been shown before. Do join us and bring along family and friends - all welcome. (Non-members £3, members free)
